WMV Troubles

The video clips on this site have been compressed using Windows Media encoder into .WMV (Windows Media Video) format to be played with Windows Media Player.

IF THE VIDEOS WON'T PLAY AUTOMATICALLY

If you see a message saying the file is corrupt, don't believe it! The files are fine.

Tip 1 - If you are asked what program should be used to open the file, tell it to use Microsoft Media Player.

Tip 2 - Try using Internet Explorer rather than Netscape/Mozilla.

Tip 3 - Save the clip on your computer and play it from there. RIGHT-click the link and select "Save Target As" (in Internet Explorer) or "Save Link Target As" (in Netscape/Mozilla).

Reports of playing problems have significantly reduced lately, so I assume most people can see them OK. Let me know if pain persists.
